Art is top notch though, which is why its getting a 7. Overall, its a game best enjoyed by multiple playthroughs where its the only game you focus on.

Alright then, here's an attack pattern to give you damage even though it looks like the vulnerable animation you saw last time you damaged the boss" The Gustavo + Mouse sections were actually really well done and the later areas are decent except for War. Also there's a few jumpscares that just made me roll my eyes and go "Okay.
Momentum plays a big part but almost every power up you get slows you down when using, bonking on walls at close distances is just time wasting. The gameplay mechanics of the actual game are not great for a casual playthrough, and even four hours in the mechanics are a constant stoppage to actually enjoying most of the game. 8/10ĥh 5m PlayedThis is a game for speedrunning. One of my favorite platformers in years, probably being close in quality to Celeste. My favorite was the golf level, it was so different from the rest of the game but still fit right in. I thought the overall platforming and level design to be okay, but I really enjoyed how each level would introduce a new mechanic/powerup that changed how you played the game. I really like a challenge in my games so I found the boss fights to be one of my favorite parts. The only really frusterating parts of the game were the boss fights, while they presented a good challenge, the final boss fight was a little long and I ended up being frusterated after getting one or two hits away from winning twice. While a lot of the movement can be complex compared to a 2D Mario game, it isn't super frusterating due to the lack of punishment for dying. Exploration is fun but you can often feel like you have no idea which is the correct way forward or if you are going down a side path that you need to collect an objective. One thing is it can be difficult to avoid certain enemies when going so fast but I found I had the most difficulty being able to do slides when at the top speeds. This makes for a really fun way to play through levels to try and beat them as quick as possible. You have a quick acceleration time and max speeds come very often. The biggest and best thing with Pizza Tower is how fast you can run in the game. Pizza Tower is an extremely fast paced platformer with surprisingly complex mechanics and unique ideas that come out in each level.
